Our Mission
We are an artisan micro-roastery dedicated to two things: uncompromised quality and animal rescue. Every single bag is roasted to order in small, precise batches, using only the finest ethically sourced, fair-trade beans. We don’t mass-produce, and we don’t compromise on flavor. For us, roasting exceptional specialty coffee is how we fuel your day, and how we give back to local animal shelters, ensuring every rescue gets a fighting chance
Our Story
Before she became the face of this brand, Wanda was a survivor, a small kitten with one eye, countless scars, and a spirit that refused to quit. She had been hit by a car and left in the road, fighting through surgeries and setbacks with a resilience far bigger than her tiny frame
One morning, while drinking a cup of coffee and scrolling the Thomas J O'Connor animal shelter site, I found her. She was all the way in the back, the last cat in the back row of the shelter, alone and overlooked. I brought her home that same day, and she's been my best friend and greatest joy ever since.
Wanda changed my life, and she inspired this company.
One Eye Wanda Coffee Roasters exists because of her strength and because every animal deserves the same chance she got. That's why we donate 1% of all proceeds to local shelters like TJO, helping more animals find safety, healing, and a home.

Wanda’s Choice is our small circle of serious coffee lovers.
Each month, receive one bag of small-batch specialty coffee selected by our roaster. Membership also unlocks access to limited lots and special releases reserved exclusively for the club. These coffees won’t hit the public shop.
Members receive a code for 10% off all additional online coffee orders, plus 10% off merchandise.
Membership is strictly capped. We only take on as many members as we can roast for with care. When those spots are filled, enrollment closes.
Your first purchase covers your first month of Wanda’s Choice. After checkout, we’ll email you a link to confirm your subscription and authorize recurring billing for future months.
From the Farm to Your Cup
Every coffee we roast starts with ethically sourced, fair-trade beans from farms we believe in. No shortcuts, no commodity filler, just specialty coffee chosen with care.
At the roastery here in Wilbraham, those beans are roasted on a Kaleido Sniper M10 in small 800 gram batches, one batch at a time, so what lands in your cup is fresh, precise, and full of flavor.
Farm to cup, quality is the whole point.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery throughout Hampden County for a flat rate of $5 per order. Get fresh, locally roasted coffee delivered right to your front door!
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Please wait for your pickup-ready confirmation by email and/or text before coming to collect your order.
